A communal space

My aim when creating the shop was to provide a beautiful, creative, communal space where everyone and their dog (yes, we’re dog-friendly) is welcome and will find something of interest. The coffee bar is within the shop, and the shop is part of the bar. Within the big space we have, almost everything is for sale. We love the old patina’ed cafe furniture, reclaimed from schools, churches and houses, and if you do too you can take it home. We travel far and wide to find wonderful pieces to offer for sale, both new and old, and the shop changes every day depending on what we find.

Not just a bookshop and cafe, we also have rooms of furniture, gifts, upholstery, plants, clothes (new and vintage), homewares…
